    NPT Barrier Base is being offered as a high opaque, low bleed under base that has been formulated for maximum opacity and excellent bleed resistance on 100% Polyester. Tests of this product has been very successful on various fabrics to include 100% Polyester Jerseys and 100% Polyester Performance fabrics.
