  1. Emulsion Coating Trough



    Our Aluminium coating troughs are manufactured with comfort and convenience in mind. The back support handle allows you to apply even pressure to the screen mesh. This is vitally important when trying to maintain consistency between different screens/meshes and creating an even coating.



    The Pyramid coating troughs come complete with a 1mm radius edge and removable plastic end caps. This makes them easy to clean and allows you to pour back any unused screen emulsion back in to the tub.



    After use, clean immediately with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. This will make sure that your trough stays in perfect condition.



    We have a standard range of 6", 10", 12", 14", 18" and 20".



    Why not choose from one of our Screen Emulsions to coat your Screen Mesh and make that perfect stencil.
